EURM-400 – rotary arm

For productions with high volume packaging (up to 40 pallets per hour). Suitable also for packaging light-weight goods.

Fully automatic packaging cycle. For single use or to be fitted into in-line systems. Up to 20 packaging programs „One Touch“. Pre-stretch 300 %. Programming and communication with the control unit via operator panel. Automatic mounting and deployment of film (at the beginning and end of wrapping cycle). Other features are the same as for OSZ-420.

OSZ-420 - automatic

Three pre-set programs, spring loaded film brake. Communication with operation board via mini-display and keyboard. Load height optical sensing. Turntable positioning system, slow start and stop of the turntable. Smooth regulation of turntable rotation speed and film carriage travel.

OSS-410 – automatic

Three configurable programs, motorised power pre-stretch. Suitable for businesses with medium to high volume packaging (up to 25 pallets per hour). Motorised pre-stretch +230 % or + 300 % (stretching 1 m of film to 4 m). Communication with operation board via mini-display and keyboard.

Automatic film cutting at the end of packaging program. Built-in diagnostic programme. Pallet height sensing photo-eye. Exact turntable positioning system, slow start and stop of the turntable. Smooth regulation of wrapping tension, turntable rotation speed and film carriage travel.

OSS-430 – automatic

Three configurable programs, motorised power pre-stretch. Differs from the A 410 in that it has automatic heat cutting of the film.
Automatic holding of the film when attaching onto pallet. Large touch screen. Electro-pneumatic drive.

Used in businesses with low volume packaging or on premises where placing a pallet wrapping machine would not be possible or convenient, such as businesses with more locations of packing, for drivers, etc.

Handwrapper AE 3000

Enables easy pre-stretch of film with just two fingers, thus lowering amount of film necessary for wrapping a pallet. Works on the same principle as stretch wrap machines.
